How to meditate?

Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. I want you to take a deep breath in, observe yourself, feel your body, listen to your heartbeat and see how many unnecessary movements your body makes when you stand, sit or speak, and slowely exhale. If you look at your life, you will notice that most of your time is taken up for things that you don’t really care for.

I carefully guide each woman in my sessions through a tender self-knowledge. There is so much power in the true female nature and energy that we are capable of either destruction or creation, and through my tantric practices and methods, I teach every woman this balance.

Chakra activation :

The chakras are energy centers, which are part of our seven bodies, that are activated during meditation. Every chakra has a unique purpose and possesses specific qualities that affect a particular part of our mind, body, or soul. During chakra diagnostic, I can guide you to specific areas of your life you should work on to achive balance and harmony within.

Sadhu board therapy :

The practice of standing on the nails gives us the power to work with all unexpressed emotions and traumas lying deep inside. Above all, the therapy helps each of us to get rid of muscle blocks, to connect with ourselves, relieve stress and restore our energy reserves. During therapy, I help to activate kundalini energy, and your first response from it reflects the first reaction to extreme situations in your life.

Breathwork :

Either it is a kundalini, meditative or shamanic breathwork, it is an integration of intentional pauses into your day and opportunity to reconnect with yourslef. The power of pause isn't about stopping time, it is about embracing the present moment. So, just pause, breathe, trust me and let life's vibrant tapestry unfold infront of you, light all the dark corners and release your soul.

Ancestry line therapy :

Not only DNA connects you with your ancestors, but also generic programs, scripts, attitudes that "live" in the unconscious. You may not be aware of them, but at the same time repeat the plight of one of the members of the family, have problems in your personal life, financial difficalties and uncertenty during lifespan. A conscious past makes it possible to build a much happier future, to discover new meanings and opportunities in it, to know oneself. During the session, I guide you towards acceptance of the past, you become greatful for it, and turn your focus on present and appreciate every moment you have.

I believe that all living and non living creatures live in a state of harmony with the universe and the energy in it. We are all connected and nothing makes sense by itself. During dao practices I teach how to balance forces within - our Yin and Yang - which work together toward unity.

It is important to maintain your physical body and keep it healthy in order to achieve spiritual enlightenment. We carefully help you to plan your diet, physical activities and daily routines/rituals to harmonize your physical, mental and energy bodies.

You don’t have to be a guru or believe in a particular tradition to take part in it. All you need is the willingness to recenter your thoughts to get you going on the path that’s most right and most rewarding just for you. Mantras

A mantra is a word or sound repeated to orient the mind in meditation and to shift the frequency of our thoughts, and thus our experience. The science of mantra is based on the knowledge that sound is a form of energy having structure, power, and a definite predictable effect on the chakras and human psyche. It is the least energy consuming practice with the most effective result.
